Went there last week for my sons birth certificate&passport.Gotta say very very impressed with the officers there.To be honest, never write the review anywhere before but thought I should let people know how greatful, friendly and helpful they are(The lady at the birth certificate counter and passport countrr) In fact, one of the senior lady( I heard the other officers called her like second incharge one) was really really sweet and helpful. I was like WOW in my head once i heard they called her that and how nice the second incharge being really kind and looking after people closely like this herself coz usually the really senior ones they just like....Anyway, 10/10. Keep it up!

This is more a question than a review. We will be traveling to Bangkok in the new year and want to take some of our own alcohol with us. That's stuff we have at home. Are we allowed to take it from home or just what we purchase in duty free. Thanks for answering

A few documents to gather beforehand but once i was there i found the tourist visa straight forward, no cue, staff were friendly, drop off and collection a 4 day process.

My first experience yesterday (22/03/18) dealing with Thai Consulate staff.The service, from arrival to departing, was extremely fast.The person whom attended to my Visa Application was very Professional and Patient with my many questions. Toilets impeccably clean. (Added bonus).

Way too slow.. You need to prepare 3-4 hours just to get passport done. Its very unprofessional and need to improve services.
