Never do they answer their phone.Its so annoying, when you cant get a hold of them.

I have had the oportunity , and the need to go to the consulate, and I've found every one attentive , diligent friendly and efficient . It's time consuming, but often legal matters cannot be rushed.
The portuguese consulate has the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. I have been trying to get my son's birth registered for a year now and nothing. They never pick up the phones, they never return your emails, they simply do not give a damn. I am fed up! It is very frustrating and they are useless.

Nice and friendly people always smile even hard to call to contact them but they still work hard to make sure I get visa within a week. Process was really quick if compare with UK visa took time 3 weeks and did not guarantee.
