Horrible. Supplied a 7 seat people mover when a sedan was requested, when queried was told take it or leave it.Returned 2 days later for an organised replacement and told knew nothing about it.Finally after an hour found a small suv but no petrol in the tank.Poor for all round and that was for a Hertz Club Member.

Dropped off a car here. The place can be tricky to find as the depot is actually in Riley Street on the west side about 10 metres south of the office, and you can only enter from the south, not off William Street. Staff were efficient and friendly.

I have rented a car here a few times, and they have always been prompt and efficient. Sometimes you have to collect the car from the underground dungeons of a nearby car park, and honk the horn when you reach the exit barrier so that they can let you out. A couple of times I have received a free "upgrade" to a larger and more luxurious vehicle. Although I appreciate the luxury of the better vehicle, I'm aware that it is also increasing my fuel costs.
