Great experience overall. The vehicle I requested was available and promptly brought around to the front. Easy hiring and returning process, pleasant staff. Vehicle was clean and tidy throughout and we had a great time enjoying it over the weekend. The car also represented good value for money, with unlimited kilometres.
Poor customer service . Sales agent agent didn't have good working knowledge of 4wd vehicle. Very poor knowledge of vehicle towing capabilities.
Good prompt service. Would be great if they had more staff working so that can pick up calls. Every time called them no one answered but its understandable that they were busy with customers
