Went for a cocktail class with a group of friends. Bartenders were sexist i.e. "darling", "honey", condescending and unashamedly touchy. When we brought the issue up upon leaving staff were not interested in listening.This place has a long way to go.Not worth the money or time.
After traveling for several weeks we were thrilled to discover Eau De Vie. They are a proper cocktail bar with excellent bartenders and unique drinks. We had originally popped in just for one beverage, but stayed for a few more after realizing they served mezcal and tasting their take on an Espresso Martini.
This is 100% one of the best cocktail bars weve been to anywhere in the world. Josh, was an absolutely top class waiter who new the ingredients of every drink and perfectly tailored our cocktails to our taste. Dont lose him as hes an exceptional employee who went above and beyond to ensure we had an excellent experience.
Came here after dinner for drinks. Den like bar. Packed with people and dry moody yet vibrant life. Very extensive menu and the food here looks good
This bar provides a real experience - the team members are all really into their drinks and can teach / share lots about the menu and usually come up with some delicious recommendations based on your taste. Be warned: every time I take friends here for just one drink we end up arriving home early the next morning! Amazing spot for dates, tourists, girls night out. Bookings recommended but you can usually get a table for small groups (2-4) and / or if you go early.
