Stumbled across this cute speakeasy-esque bar on my way home from work and absolutely loved it. Great selection of cocktails, fantastic ambience and outstanding customer service. Would highly recommend Papa Gede's Bar to anyone!

Love the atmosphere here! It really had some amazing cocktails and great bar staff. I ran into an old friend completely out of the blue here and it really just seemed like this bar takes the right people in. I wouldn't recommend going here if you like a packed atmosphere. It's definitely more of a chill and enjoy the conversation kind of vibe.
We found Papa's on concrete playground via Google search for my annual birthday City crawl. It was a fairly quick visit and we ordered a beeholder and a cloveland show from the very creative menu both of which were awesome! The new Orleans voodoo theme is cool and I bet the place goes off on Halloween! I originally rated 3 stars but looking back on the night I've upgraded to 4. They really deserve 5 because of how good their cocktails are but minus 1 to an unusual waiter while we were there.
This must is absolute must if you enjoy unique drinks, drink menu worthy of Instagram and a super friendly staff. I walked in after work and even though the place was crowded, the staff was in the chirpy mood and explain about the menu, specialties and also found time to have a conversation. plus they make mean absinthe drinks:)
