The 250g sirloin steak was pretty delicious here, and came with both a side of vegetables, chips, salad, or mash, and a sauce of your choice for about $29. The sides and sauce were generous servings, no chance of leaving hungry. The meat pies were very substantial in size, about twice the thickness and much more filling than a typical meat pie. It is an Irish pub after all.

This place was just what we needed after a long day of touring. Ambiance was cozy and inviting. Food was great and good value and service was good. And the bonus for us was it was right in our hotel so our tired legs had a short walk home!

Ordered the Angus rump with mash and wedges. Cooked just the way I like it, tasted beautiful. Very generous portions, I couldn't eat it all. Lovely atmosphere and friendly staff. (Sydney)

Definitely my all time favorite pub in the City. Became rather fond of Irish whiskey and Guinness during my trip there 2 yrs ago and PJ's does the best pint I've had yet since being home. Friendly staff, and the bouncer is one of the friendliest I've ever met and I've encountered him at PBH as well, easy to get along with. Not to mention every time I go there, sometimes by myself, I find myself drinking and having a great laugh with genuine Paddies, and have made a lot of great mates there.Cheers guys, for the great nights, am gonna be there tonight

The beer was good. The steak was small, but okay. The chips was decent. But the salad was like a week old. Don't have high expectations of pub food, but was left hungry and a bit grossed out. Great location and ambience though.
