It's okay. Decent hotel with an great central location to visit the main Sydney attractions. If your traveling here for tourism this will give you a great location to everything. If you want to avoid the tourist maybe pick some other hotel. There is a great food court down the street and an awesome cocktail across the street.
The hotel was great. Location is perfect, in the center of downtown. Walking distance to Opera House, Darling Harbour, train station, pier and shopping areas. Bars and restaurants are everywhere. Ten minutes taxi to Fish Market. Convenient store is just located opposite to the lobby. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good. However, they did not refill tea bags everyday. They put towels, which I put on floor for change, back to the surface next to sink. And final comment is that the hotel needs to upgrade the socket. Most of the international hotels are now equipped with international sockets and USB sockets for travelers from all over the world. Overall, this is a good hotel.
Amazing rooms and service.We had a fantastic holiday as a family .Very conveniently located in circular quay and so handy to everywhere. Loved it.The pool and gym there looked good if you felt like a work out whilst we enjoyed the pool.Couldn't fault it and will be back when next in Sydney.
Just back from a lovely overnight stay at the Marriott Hotel hotel Sydney.Excellent location, and the staff were very helpful and friendly.Breakfast was excellent with a choice to suit all pallets.Our only complaint and we should have spoken to the reception staff about this which we didn't as we were only there for one night was We were supposed to have a city view but room number 712 was looking straight into a brick wall which was very disappointed and not a city view at all but a room with brick wall facing which I think we should have been told about but nothing was mentioned to us at the time of checking in. As we wouldn't have accepted the room.So we feel this has let the hotel down for not mentioning the brick wall to us. Regards Mary
Great location in Circular Quay. Close to everything: train station, cruise terminal, the Rocks, Opera House, Botanical Garden, etc. Wonderful staff; everyone was very nice, friendly and accommodating. We had a room with a view of the Harbour Bridge. Breakfast is delicious. We walked to the cruise terminal with all our rolling luggage. Comfy beds. Definitely need new towels, but otherwise 5 stars.
