Disappointing. Not worth for money. The King bed is just made up by matching two single beds. Poor housekeeping, missing items should be requested. Shower room is without door. The toilet has a sliding door but taking a shower may get a cold. Wont visit again and other Hyatt.
Have been meeting Clive Palmer here on a number of occasions. Can't promise he'll be there when you are, but the place is clean, expansive, well catered for and the vibe is upbeat and cordial. All good. Have enjoyed the time passed here from the enthusiastic greeting from the car to the generally stately ambience and friendly service at every encounter. Great for a business meeting but haven't tried the rooms as I'm a local. If they are as good as everything else about this place, you'll be in for a treat!
Gave this 4 stars because of the guy playing piano in the foyer/bar area - created a really nice atmosphere. Room was nothing to rave about but I guess you get what you pay for. The piano/pianist made it memorable.
Excellent location in the middle of city, and close to darling harbour, SEA LIFE Sydney Aquarium, it is close to shopping places and victoria building, about 2 km from Sydney Opera House. The rooftop bar is cool with a great view over Darling Harbour and so busy on the weekend. Rooms are very well appointed and clean, excellent food and service. This is by far the best hotel I've ever stayed at. I have been absolutely amazed by the excellent customer service and amazing room quality. All of the staff have gone absolutely above and beyond to make my stay such a pleasant and memorable one. The location is fantastic and the rooms are spotlessly clean. Thanks so much to the team at the Hyatt Regency Sydney for such a truly magnificent experience!
