Fantastic for a short family stay. We were able to check in super early by upgrading to an executive room, which allowed access to great breakfast, plus afternoon tea and pre dinner drinks and canapes. Beds were super comfortable and the cot was the best we had this trip. Nice view, great location in the middle of the shopping district and near the Sydney tower eye. Friendly staff, especially at check in and concierge. Range of room service was good, one of the meals we ordered was great, kids meal a bit disappointing. Spa was nice and warm but pool heating seemed to be on the blink.
highly recommend the restaurant at the hotel. fantastic food, just super. very tasty, appetizing and beautiful. the hotel itself is beautifully located in the heart of the city. the room is beautiful, comfortable. recommend.
Staff were friendly and knew there job perfectly. My favorite was the concierge i asked where we could park & he stopped the traffic to let us park so he could give us directions on where to park. This man made my day 5 stars to him. My only complaint is parking is down the road $80 for them to park or $45 to do it yourself. Breakfast was average nothing to rave about. Room was clean but i like a top sheet.
Absolutely stunning hotel. Loved it and the decor is fantastic. Looks newly built or renovated. Loved everything about this hotel. Restaurant food was quality. Small quantity and pricey BUT quality.
Large comfortable room. Had access to the lounge where they had delicious breakfast, high tea, and dinner. Water pressure was great and there was a bathtub and shower. Bed was comfortable. Included nice amenities like umbrella etc as well. Was welcoming to come into the room and offered fresh fruit bowl and waters.
