This practice had an immediate air of quality and attention from the moment we walked in. And Dr Catherine Choi would have to be the most exceptional doctor I have ever had. She was lovely, thorough, knowledgeable, non judgemental, and shes a doctor who goes above and beyond what she needs to because she genuinely cares. After being disheartened with many medical centres I'm so happy we happened to walk past and notice the sign for this beautiful practice. Not worth compromising on quality when it comes to health!
Doctor was helpful but the centre did not offer bulk billing.
Had an appointment about a minor infection. Was really pleasant experience and paid for the consultation, however, received a bill today asking me to pay another $128.50 for a test result regarding the infection. All is good unless that I didn't know a thing about this test and now had to pay for it. Paid the bill but not going to see the doctor as just feel the doctor is totally ingenue. (Never mentioned about this test or asked me if I'd like to do it)
How can all the previous reviews give such stellar ratings and the last be so negative? I recommend this practice to everyone and all my family are regulars for checkups or when feeling under the weather. Great job Walker Street Doctors and if you ever need a referral for excellence I would be more than happy to supply.
I've been going here for over a year, and my latest experience compelled me to finally write a review. I've seen a few of the doctors here and they've all been great, my regular doctor Kate Kelso in particular however is absolutely fantastic. An extremely good doctor, she takes her time explaining everything thoroughly, never appears rushed and is genuinely kind and compassionate person. Highly, highly recommended.
