Really disappointing to have my session with Podiatrist cut down due to the fact they had moved next customer forward. Ok I was running late about 9 minutes, and when I turned up, this lady blatantly told me I have to reschedule it as they have brought forward their next customer ( because they want to go home early) thinking I wasnt coming!!How unprofessional- understand they want to take every opportunity to go home early on the Friday afternoon - but I was willing to have my session short to make up for my lateness (30 minutes- 20 minutes)..... not this way!! Im still fuming the way how they treated their patience and the fact I was fully charged and this podiatrist wants me to come back so he can finish his job at my full cost!

Friendly service and conveniently located in the heart of Sydney city. Only issue is appointment times are loosely kept if you are not seeing Kate. Last 2 visits have waited +20 min after my appointment time to be seen. Not acceptable when you are using your lunch break to hold this appointment.
Kate is absolutely phenomenal. She is so knowledgeable and conducts her treatment with confidence, which is really great to see as a patient. She explains really well what she is doing and why she's doing it, and gives you honest advice on how to manage whatever problem you see her for. She has helped me significantly and I couldn't recommend someone better to make a podiatry appointment with :)
