As a Canadian traveling on a very tight schedule, I was thrilled to find medical care in the CBD of Sydney- I only had one day and it was a Saturday - how fortunate to have this facility available. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful as was Dr. Sophia - many thanks to you both.I would recommend getting there first thing in the morning if possible - I had a 15 minute wait-
Visited the clinic today. The place has deteriorated and is the worst Ive ever been to, hands down. I was told waiting time was one hour, after almost 2 hours I begged to see a doctor soon as I had to go back to work. Was told only 3 doctors available - I guessed there was over 50 patients througout that 2 hour period. Receptionist phoned Dr Aun asking if she was with anyone. I was then told to go and see her. After all that waiting I did not feel she was confident in her diagnosis at all. Zero star if there is one.
Went to see Dr Carey Aun, the most terrible GP service I have ever had. Extremely rude GP, doesnt know anything. She doesnt even understand English properly. I have never learnt medicine but could do better than her. Not recommended at all.
Carey Aun is the worst GP that Ive ever never seen! Horrible attitude! Rude and no patience at all! I should have told her on site that how rude she is.
The wait time is terrible, and on another occasion, the receptionist at the time - a young African female - closed 6:43pm. At least apologise, maybe?Separately, Dr. Frank Zhu is amazing, who also stayed past his 6pm finish on a Saturday despite having 11 patients at 5:15pm.
