Misleading ! They are fraud and just collect your information and sale to third party! careful
Terrible ! It took double the time I was told for the service to call back to schedule a time. The lady who called me was harsh and rude ! She even made me cry. I understand that it is very busy but youre dealing with sick people which means there still needs to be a layer of compassion. So after my mother in law complained about my mean lady experience they assured me a doctor would be out to be ASAP. Which happened ! except this was a new experience in itself. The doctor barely spoke to me , was really blunt AND EVEN THREW HER RUBBISH ON THE FLOOR OF MY LOUNGEROOM. If I wasnt so shocked , I would have confronted her there and then. She told me that I had a minor flu and that I just needed neurofen. I ended up driving myself to the doctors the next day and sure enough, my sickness was far more severe and ended with me needing an entire week off work. Sooo a whole night of tears and rubbish , and I didnt even benefit from it. Highly recommend NOT using this service. Just wait and see a regular GP. Because youll probably end up there anyway ! Whether youre able to drive yourself or not.
I wish I could give no stars. Worst service ever. Waited for hrs and when I called was told that the dr will call. Another hr and told they wouldnt be sending a dr tonight and to go to emergency. Glad I went to hosp as I needed an emergency operation. Unfortunately I needed it 4hrs earlier.
Very unprofessional service called them, waited about 10 - 15 mins to find an operator after that we gave all the details and asked to wait 20 to 30 min for someone to call us, waited for an hour no one called. we tried to call them back no one answered, you should have never been licensed to run this service. you guys are a shame that society pays for.
I'm not sure why it has so many bad reviews, I just used this service today and couldn't be happier. They told me on the phone that they were particularly busy today, and said they'd be there anywhere between 6pm and 12am, and the doctor arrived at around 8pm. I think people treat it like it's an emergency service, when it says very clearly that its not. The doctor came and gave me a prescription for antibiotics for my chest infection, which is exactly what I wanted.
