Ok doctor but receptionists never answer the phone or answer emails. I tried calling 6 times over four days and never got a response.
Mark is an extremely good fertility physician. He takes the time to look at all options and advise on the most scientifically proven method to achieve your goal. Other fertility doctors will just take your money and push you through cycles, when they know your chance of success is extremely low. He is honest and caring. We tried other clinics before Mark and ended up successful because of his advice and honesty. We will be endebted to Mark forever, thankyou !

Highly Recommended - Dr Livingstone is honest, a great communicator, meticulous with the details and a creative thinker. Dr Livingstone is not just a textbook Doctor. He is not the type of fertility specialist to apply the same protocol to all patients - Mark takes the time to look for clues and takes a customised approach with every patient he sees. He is a straight shooter and perhaps not everyone likes to hear the truth, but Dr Livingstone is full of ideas and options. This is what you need when you are feeling as though nothing is working. I really appreciate what he has done for me and also the fact that he calls all his patients himself - to deliver the good news, the bad news or any updates. His receptionist Chris is also wonderful - so efficient and kind. They make a great team!
Mark is not empathetic enough to be in this very trusted position. He seems jaded and cynical of any women coming to see him who is early 40s. He is extremely clinical and has little sympathy for us when it doesn't work out. He basically told me not to even bother at 42 years. Now at 44 years, I wish I'd never listened to him and had given it my last try. I do believe seeking out an experienced female IVF specialist is the way forward for anyone researching. Mark should be a lawyer, not have the future of our families in his hands. Best of luck to you all...
