I like the fact there is a dedicated section for men. Staff didn't look happy but we're efficient.
Very busy as you would expect. However no big queues at the check out and the girls there were very efficient despite having and continuing a very animated conversation in their native language.
I was just served by a lady team member and the whole time I was at the register she DID NOT acknowledge my in the whole transaction. All she was interested in was a conversation with another team member about giving away a shift of hers. I gave 2 stars here because another team member was friendly. To this team member you are old enough and should know better to acknowledge people who you are serving.
Ive been to Zara in the UK and Spain but this store had to be the best in terms of experience and customer service. The stock even before Christmas was neatly presented which I thought was surprising for the Christmas rush and the staff were all so polite. We were approached by one staff, Nicole, who was super friendly and so helpful with what we were looking for we found the items in the right size straight away. Will defiantly be coming back :)
Zara in Sydney does not have any exciting designs compared to other countries. Does Zara really think Australia is this boring and conservative? I will go elsewhere to do shopping for nice and new designs.
