I made an online purchase with a request of in-store pick-up. A sale representative told me it would take five business days for the order to arrive at the store. Nonetheless, it was not the case. I made a complaint and the store manager was quick in getting back to me. Upon the day at the store, I received a beautiful gift on top of my purchase, which was nice!
Took a bit of time for a free staff during sale season. However the lady that served me was very polite and very helpful. Even though the coats i wanted wasn't available in store she helped me find a similar fit and got much larger sizes from storage for me to try.
