I recently purchased a Leica Q and some accessories from this store. The staff I talked to was friendly and knowledgeable.
Its a hit and miss. Ive been there twice for a camera I purchased at the time. First time was an older gentleman who was patient and really lovely to talk to. Second time was some kinda of manager who was arrogant and seemed like he couldnt give a toss about the sales. It always amazes me that some sales person feel like they can look down on the customers just because products are expensive. Mate, you dont own it. You just sell it.
A beautiful boutique store. Helpful staff whenever I needed to make a big or a small purchase.
First time visitor but I will be back. Knowledgable staff and a great selection. Excellent stop for repairs, advice, or stocking up on new kit.
Service was disappointing. I went in and the sales person was talking to a couple. I spend about 10 minutes, and not once did the sales person even look at me or say "hi, I'll be with you soon" or some such. I used to do sales decades ago and the worst thing a sales person can do is to ignore a person in the store. I'm prepared to spend $20K; I will NOT spend it in the Leica Store because of such terrible service. Leica, of all companies, should better train their staff.
