I walked into the store with the intention to recycle my Surface Pro 4... until I met Simon. Simon was the technician who attended to me. He checked the warranty on my device. Although it was already expired (as I purchased it from Malaysia), he was willing to conform to the terms of the Australian warranty. Without any further questions asked, he replaced my device. I now have a new Surface Pro 4 device. Thank you Simon, that's top notch customer service.
Wow, exceptional service at the Microsoft Store! I had to come twice to sort out some problems with my Surface Book 2. I was looked after by two fellows named George and Craig (separate days), both of them listened to my complaints and addressed them as required. The service was great and I would recommend anyone with any problems with their Surface devices to visit this store.
I'm incredibly disappointed in the service. I went into to buy the new Surface Book laptop, and had to flag someone down to help me. When I did make the purchase, they seemed incredibly disinterested and bored. Microsoft should hire people that are actually happy to service customers.
If you want to see the best the PC world has to offer, than come here. The staff aren't pushy with trying to get you to buy something, and they have some half decent technicians in the store to assist with technical issues and queries. The tech staff used to be a bit better, but Marc and Colin in the tech team are simply phenomenal technicians who are fonts of knowledge and insight.
