It store was ok, they sold good products but I was looking for a phone charger and it hard to find to right one and as there where not many staff around I couldn't find what I was looking for.
Grabbed a Gaming mouse at the end of the day(literally 5min till closing), staff were courteous, didn't rush and provided the discount that the online store was offering. Great experience.
Convenient location if you work or live near by. Jam packed with so many products you're sure to find what you need compared to other larger stores. Parking is somewhat limited as there is a large development going on across the road.
Love the store in general, however unhappy about customer service. One of the store clerks kept following me and trying to make conversation, while I attempted to not be rude and slowly get out of the conversation. Also, the cashier had trouble figuring out how to use the cash on my gift card, wasting a couple of minutes fooling around until his co-worker showed him how it worked. Aside from the customer service, my time at JB Hi-Fi was great, and I love the selection of products. Would go again.
