Staff knew very little about the turntables on display. Exhibited units were banged up and didn't leave a good impression. The one unit I was interested in was not on display, but boxed out the back. A demonstration of it was refused. Left without purchase.

Oh my God, these people are so helpful! After a very long time I got such amazing after sales service.I bought a pixel 3 on boxing day and turns out that I got a faulty device. So, one month after the purchase I go to the store to return the "damned" pixel and buy a much expensive phone. This guy, Jason, guided me to try the replacement first and even after that if I am not happy with the device, then move to the expensive device. He had great knowledge of all the devices and guided me in the right direction.Thank you Jason and JB Hi Fi :)Going to recommend you to all my friends and family.

One of the biggest shops I've been to. Definitely a grown mans toy shop. Has everything that you're looking for.

JB Hi-Fi is my go--to shop for tech and electronics. I much prefer this outlet, on Level 6 of the Westfield Shopping Centre, as opposed to their basement outlet on Pitt Street. The latter is cramped in comparison to this outlet, which has the merchandise laid out in a spacious floor area.I have always found the sales staff eager to assist and willing to devote time to answering all your queries.
