I always come here buying gadgets. Why ? If you check everyone in the city is sold out every time Im checking there store they always have the things I want in stock :)
One of the smaller JB HiFi stores but they stocked what I needed. Found it hard to get anyone to assist me though to ask questions but I managed Googling the answers. It would help though to have more staff on at busy periods though.
I had the worst experience at this store today! All the staff were rude and couldnt be bothered to help me out! Everyone was grumpy and literally had an attitude. Specially the girl at the counter with pink and blue hair! Literally rude to a point i was in full on shock... she couldnt be bothered to help or talk or send me my receipt to my number! Such a wonderful jb experience Ill let everyone know to never buy from ur store!!
Maybe Jbhifi should stop hiring students or part timers who know nothing about customer service or what should be told when a question is asked. And after seeing the other reviews on Google for this place.. I feel nothing is being done by the management. Ill turn to other better stores which do offer good customer service with the same line of products!
A guy called Dylan at the Sydney City store just served me and he's got to be the most helpful person alive. I came into the store looking for an AC unit only to discover that this particular JB store doesn't stock home appliances or white goods. Regardless, Dylan searched for a model that fit the bill, called other stores and reserved one for me. Thanks Dylan!
