Dont get me wrong, I love the brand plus all of the people working here where quite helpful but I found it pretty weird that when I asked for a replacement duck head for my charger, I had to make an appointment with a Genius (which took about a 20 minute wait) just so he could tell me they didnt have them in stock. I mean, there must have been a way to check the inventory before, right?
Good experience, however I went in to buy earphones and the sales assistant told me hed link my card to the wallet app so I could pay with my phone. He then read all my card details out loud as he put them into my phone in the middle of a busy store... felt extremely uncomfortable. They should defiantly know better especially in a busy city store.
Love visiting this store. The apple service is second to none. They take care of me every time I have an issue. You don't get that with Samsung
Fantastic service from the Genius Bar located on the third floor. The wait, even without an appointment, was quick. An iPhone screen replacement only took 45 minutes. Staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and fast.
Big Apple stores for the fans out there. Very classy store design and helpful staffs. Worth a visit as there's quite a few interesting accessories to compliment your precious Apple devices. Over crowded every time.
