Great place. Came here today to buy a cable, get some advice and have a seized bolt removed from a brake. Service here was excellent and the boys were really keen to help, removing the bolt without any cost. Definitely will be back!
I went to the new store location, parking was easy to figure out thank you to the Video they uploaded to show you where to go. With regards to the bikes. My son owns a precaliber 20 purchased from park bikes. That bike is ridden alot!!!!. and went in for its first adjustment free under the "tuned for life" so there is no excuses to not keep the bike in great order. My wife also just purchased her first bike shop bike, lighter, more comfortable and faster than anything she has ever ridden. The staff have been very helpful and knowledgeable with all of our bikes over the years. I recommend if anyone is looking for a bike or maintenance, go and speak to Park Bikes.

Nicest bike staff in Sydney (even compared to Clarence and jets). Mechanics are knowledgeable and generous with their time. Ive had 2 bikes built there and numerous services. Some of them were free on the spot quick fixes. Will buy my madone there when I get to save enough money and my wife lets me!
