Chain broke on my bmx and Dave hooked me up with a good deal on a brand new one and even fitted it for me. Highly recommend!
A great customer focus... Staff at Giant Sydney care more about customers satisfaction than pushing sales. This is a quality that most shops lost sight of years ago. During a recent "bike set-up", Simon identified the bike that I wanted was technically the wrong size, and the right size was unavailable. He encouraged me to not buy it, and instead seek the right fit. This demonstrates an authentic customer focus, above sales, and I say a big thanks. This is why I choose to shop there. The right size bike will be in next week, and will be the fifth bike I've purchased from them.

Went there to check out a new bike purchase, spent about 10 minutes in store browsing without being approached by any sales stuff. there were three of them behind the counter poking fun of a customer (who wasn't there ) that bought a bike and put the pedals on the wrong way and cross threaded the cranks. Very poor form
Staff are absolute champs! Cant recommend their service better- Lewis is fantastic, you can tell hes there for the customers. Thanks giant, so hard to find a good bike store with good service. Will be coming back for all my workshop needs.
