As a policy, they refuse to fix any electric bike that isn't a brand they sell... I only wanted a gear cable fixed up The reason they told me is that electric bike owners are criminals who illegally modify their bikes, "no offence"...

Best customer service in Sydney! Bought my Brompton CHPT3 here, they extend my 1st service, and I could bring my bike in when it really needed service. After months of riding my 1st service helped fixed with a slight wobble on the handle bar when breaking. Staff is always friendly, helpful and relaxed. Big thanks to the staff at Clarence St Cyclery!
I love cycling but I am not a very good cyclist. At nearly 100kg I always finish last in races. The moment I walk into Clarence St Cyclery, however, I feel like a PRO. The staff make sure my bike is in top shape and the merchandising makes me feel like I become a better cyclist just by being in the shop. It is always a positive experience and highly recommended for the pros and for the amateurs like me.
