Being 6mnths pregnant I was told over the phone I could get a massage. So I paid over $200 for the beginners experience. On arrival I was told there is no massage table for pregnant women that I would have to turn from side to side but that it would still be an enjoyable experience. The massage was no more than a rub. I asked the girl to apply a bit more pressure because it was doing anything. She told me she couldn't because I was pregnant and if she goes harder it releases toxins in the body. SO WHY TAKE MY MONEY AND NOT TELL ME THIS FROM THE START.Even during my facial whilst massaging my face and head she barely applied any pressure. I was actually tense throughout the experience instead of being relaxed because I was so annoyed. I've paid less for this experience and had a much better one else where. The change room was over crowded. The hot water in the shower took about 5mins to turn to an appropriate temperature and the mirror only allowed for 2 people at a time to use it so it was so squashy with people trying to apply their makeup and others trying to wash their hands after using the bathroom. There was no where to even place your bag or your belongings.Wouldnt recommend this place or return.

I had a beautiful time at the day spa the treatment and massage was fantastic. Jessica was amazing! All staff were so helpful and friendly. The change rooms are small, so I can understand on a busy day it would be a bit tight but overall it was a beautiful setting and a lovely place of respite in a busy city.

I called 8 times over the last two days to book a spa treatment for my partner and her best friend. Also emailed yesterday and still no response. What are you doing? The Four Seasons has a standard where every phone call is answered by the 4th ring (I used to work there). Langham should try something similar. This is obnoxious for a 5 star hotel

Finally booked after 2 VMs, they ring without listening to VM, other comms issues. Bought a 2 person sunrise spa package (facilities use, 60 min facial or massage or 30 min of each) on groupon and after email and verbal confirmations on the day, my guest got the wrong treatment (therapist thought she was getting the same as me)! Great to get a 30 min facial complimentary voucher. Unfortunately below the standard expected of a 5 star hotel day spa (guest has been to Sheraton franchise and I to Hunter Valley). The pool, jacuzzi, steam and gym facilities were nice, albeit small except for the pool, service was good.

Very relaxing spa experience and a great pool. The pool was a little chilly but fine after a few lengths.
