Would not recommend. I booked in for a 50 minute facial. The spa itself was not up to my standards. For similarly priced services in the US, you would get a much nicer relaxation area/treatment rooms. It was essentially a hotel lounge with some dirty furniture and a few dividers between you and the other clients. The treatment rooms were more of the same. As far as the service itself, I basically spent $125 to have someone else rub product all over my face. At one point, she had so many layers of product caked on that there was no way my skin was absorbing any of it. Then she proceeded to rub her fingers through my hair while the product sat on my skin so now I have to shower again because my hair is so greasy. It wasnt even a scalp massage. It was very strange and the whole thing was not relaxing, as I thought about how I had just washed and dried my hair and now I would have to do it again. No arm or leg massage. A very short (like 1 minute total) foot massage. I suppose in Australia they dont do extractions with facials. Ive had many facials and this was the worst by far. Again, I realize this is Aus and not the US, but if it was the US, I would be complaining and asking for my money back.

Had an amazing experience here. The atmosphere is very relaxing and they put a lot of effort into your treatment.

Wife took me to get a massage and scrub and it would have had to be the worst massage I have ever received in my life. Instead of actually putting pressure when massaging, it was like someone just rubbing their hands over your skin. It truly was pathetic. Then to make matters worse when I called up to let management know they basically said it was my fault and probably didn't choose the right option, though my wife and I had the same one and she had a completely different experience. Would never go again and would tell people to save their money.

Very disappointed. I cancelled my appointment because of food poisoning (not really physically possible to have a wax in this situation) and there was no discretion as to the application of the cancellation fee. Very bad customer service in a situation where they could have had a new, lasting and regular customer.

Friendly staff over all good massage and facial. Only frustration being the use of some of my treatment time was spent to try and promote/ sell products .. could really feel my session cut short which was just a bit of a let down for me.
