We rented an apartment with John P. Bennett for 7 months. From the first inspection to the day we left the apartment Issy and the rest of the team were very kind, helpful and really effective with any problem or doubt we could have. The location is very comfortable, few minutes walking to train stations, buses, supermarkets, shopping centers, Darling Harbour and anything you may need. We had a great experience!

John is a great bloke and i commend him on running a successful business in the heart of a fast growing city. I think people need to step back and realise how hard that is before criticizing the services which might i add are excellent!Would recommend to everyone if they want genuine knowledge about the beautiful city of Sydney
Absolutely abysmal. My apartment smelt of paint for an entire year. The owner fancies himself as a bit of a renovator and tried to pretty things up before I moved in, but just made a smelly and splotchy mess. The hot water in the shower took 10 minutes to heat up every morning, which they knew about but didnt tell me beforehand. The owner would not let me use the apartments storage space as he was using it to store his renovating materials, but John P. Bennetts conveniently neglected to write that into the contract. Luckily the apartment building staff were able to find me a different apartment storage area. The office staff are incompetent and dont know what basic documents are. When I asked for a lease agreement to be emailed to me, the girl in the office didnt even know what it was and then started getting shirty with me when I pressed her further. John had to step in so she would send the right document. Furthermore, as an ADF member I needed a specific clause to be written into the contract, and they agreed, but when it came time to sign the contract they had forgotten about it and I had to remind them. They also didnt read emails properly which lead to important details being overlooked, didnt give me a working fob so I had to fork out my own money for that, the list goes on and on. Avoid at all costs.
