good, Im on one of the life insurance plans now and I really feel like being safe the sales team was really good and especially it was cheaper then the other insurances, keep it up freedom!
I honestly feel sorry for anyone who signs with these people. I went for a job interview here ages ago and the pommy lady who was running it at the time was one of the rudest- most ignorant individuals I've ever met. Lucky I work for GOOD company now who treat me with Respect
I'm just happy with Freedom Insurance customer service operator's with the way they always handle any of my issues, very satisfied.
What was I thinking ever speaking to these people in the first place. It was a weak moment. So now not only has my number been scooped up by these people and others that they sell their client lists to so I get so many harassing calls that I have over 200 blocked numbers in my phone trying in vain to escape these parasites. But, the policy I had in place which I CANCELLED before any money was supposed to be taken from my account, they took it anyway. I realise this and when I call then they say yes we have a cancellation request by phone by you in the system. But we needed to call you back to confirm and I didnt respond to them to request to cancel it again after I had already cancelled it. You people are criminals.
I want to cancel my policy as I cannot afford it and could not do so when I signed on in the first place.I was assured I could cancel it within 12 months so I demand my wishes be completed and that you cancel my policy.I am writing here because I have persistently been unable to get hold of anyone through the contact number.I also do not appreciate not knowing how my contact details are found.I expect an answer to this question and stop delaying or ignoring my request.
