Only booked for a cleanup but I felt the hygienist didnt do a very thorough job. She was careless and a bit rough with the machine and made my gum bleed. She spent max 5 minutes for whole cleanup and wasnt thorough. Im only comparing to previous experiences Ive had which have been much more satisfactory. She was nice but wouldnt go again to see her.
As someone who is completely anxious and DESPISES going to the dentist for any procedure major or minor, I could not rate this dental practice high enough. I had a checkup, clean and filling by Dr Ian Fowler, and he was gentle yet thorough and made the experience as pleasant as possible. Then I had to have my 4 wisdom teeth extracted and Dr Taub was awesome, so friendly and accomodating, made me feel as comfortable as possible and did the surgery with (what I can tell - I was off with the fairies when it was happening) ease, care and professionalism. My post op recovery has been as good as one can anticipate. All the staff I've come in contact with here are friendly, it's good value and I highly recommend.
Thank you Dr Steve Davies! I had a dental emergency this morning and I found Pacific Smiles Sydney CBD on my private health insurance providers (AHM's) website. I read the Google reviews and decided to book an appointment. They were able to book me in the same day and the Dentist, Dr Steve Davies, was honestly the best dentist I have ever been to. Everything about the service provided was excellent. I don't usually go to the dentist for regular checkups, however, after having such a positive experience, I will definitely be coming back every 6 months for regular checkups. Highly recommended, thanks!

These people are the best. I've had both private patient and workers comp dealings with Pacific smiles Town Hall, Sydney and have found staff and Doctors professional, caring, helpful, co-operative and very patient (especially with my workers comp dealings). I've been treated by Dr. Steven Stratis and never have I met a more caring, helpful and friendly professional. I've also had dealings with Pacific Smiles @ Parramatta with similar results.
