Will never go back. The worst service I have ever seen or received. So unhelpful. The manager should undertake a customer service training course. I NEVER leave bad reviews , I would rather say nothing than leave a review on any site, however this has so impacted me that I felt compelled to do so. Pacfic Smiles you can do better.

My family and I saw Dr Clair Cheung on the 22nd of December 2018. Our impression is that she is not really a people person and didn't know how to relate to children as my 4 year old daughter asked me not to take her back there. As this is the second time we have had this kind of experience here, we will be considering a new dentist centre. Also after every trip to the dentist we get an email requesting to review our recent dentist visit.. we didn't get one this time..I rang NIB and the woman who I spoke with said she would organise it for me I still didn't get. It's been nearly one month since our dental appointment.. definitely not going back there...
Terrible service and poor management...I was booked to see a dentist two times and the dentist was not even rostered in and once double booked... poor management ... avoid if possible
Great Service by Miss Bernice and her lovely assistant. Polite and attentive. This is easily one of the better dental centres I've been in based on my recent experience.
