Please do appoint a better Receptionist or train them better to book appointments. I made an call to Sydney Branch yesterday to make book an appointment. The receptionist was very low on voice , not understanding what we ask for and very naive. She just took name and number and said that she will check with doctor and call me back. Its been 24hrs, I havent got any call back.
I've been a patient here for awhile now and I couldn't be happier with their work over the years. They do such a great job every visit and the experience is always great.
:( I was suffering from a severe pain because of my wisdom tooth. Have visited three other dentists before coming here. All of them are money minded by either trying to give incomplete treatment and recommend to visit them multiple times or charging $100 just for consultation. I got the reference from one of my colleague to visit DDSS. Here got the trouble giving tooth removed in a reasonable cost within a week. Thanks to Dr Victor Tsang and other assistant staff for providing a nice treatment. :)

Visited because of very promising attitude on their website but doctor didnt care at all. Never even let me explain my dental history and said You have to get all the teeth removed first, you are not ready at the moment. Total time given to me was hardly a minute. I think Thailand is the best option to go for dental treatments.
