I have been going to these Dentists for years and would not go anywhere else. The standard of professionalism and care is beyond compare. I arrived with a disaster mouth and Duncan Copp has done everything possible to improve my teeth whilst being considerate of my situation and not doing unnecessary work . He is a brilliant dentist and is incredibly well respected by everyone I have been referred to by him. I now have less pain and have a smile I am proud of. I have no hesitation in referring this practice.
Duncan has talent in many aspects of dentistry but is also caring in his approach and very thorough. No better dental experience is possible in my view.
This clinic is so different from all of the rest. The staff are always so nice, professional, friendly and obviously experts in their individual areas. But it's their genuine care and love of the job that sets them apart. They care. A lot. And it shows. A gentle shoulder rub by nurse Liz, extra numbing cream by Dr Duncan, a next day follow-up phone call by Dayna. It's so obvious they strive to go above and beyond what a normal dental clinic offers. They answer all of my questions no matter how silly they are, and take extremely good care of me. They put all my fears at ease and never make me feel self conscious about my dental anxiety. While the clinic is beautiful and the technology top-notch, it's the fabulous patient care, customer service, and amazing results that make this the best clinic to go to. I'm not the person to normally write reviews... but as I organise my day for my next dentist visit to Paddington Dental, I'm feeling very grateful to have Dr Duncan Copp and his team with me on my life journey. As you get older you realise just how important oral hygiene is to your overall health and I know I'm in the very best hands. Over the last 15 years Duncan has also transformed me as someone who was terrified of dentists, to today, where I'm actually looking forward to my check up. Duncan invests in his craft/skills/knowledge, state of the art equipment and employs the great staff. I've never met anyone so passionate about teeth and people. The whole practice feels like a family and in turns looks after mine with great care. If you are after the best dental practice in Sydney - this is it!
I saw Dr Duncan Copp and his senior nurse, Liz today and it was WORTH THE WAIT. Dr Copp worked for 90 minutes on my front teeth addressing areas of decay and completely reshaping another transforming my smile dramatically. He carefully corrected my overhang that was preventing me from flossing properly and relieving discomfort. No pain. Just a great movie and a very competent team doing what they do best in a pristine environment.
