The best hot chocolate I have ever had. Would completely recommend trying one. Staff are also very friendly creating a welcoming environment
If you love chocolate, or chocolate based thick shakes, milkshakes, desserts, and other items. This place is for you. The price is high due to the brand and location. Tourists love it.
Coffee is good (5* stars)But, the water filter (or tank, if there is one) needs to be looked at as I found a layer of strange stuff on the top layer of the water (also a baby spider, but not a big deal.) Above all, the one of the staff got rude when we told them about it and he patronizingly said it is self service and we could go and bring another one despite having had done that, the strange stuff in the water was still there, but it seemed he wasn't keen to listen. Anyway, a decent place for a cup of coffee.
Love this place. Service ok, wish it would open later and they're not very inventive with the menu. So many flavours of chocolate and they only have a couple milkshake and some thick shake flavours.
The food itself is great, the same cant be said about the service unfortunately. Anything ordered from the menu seems to take a while. We waited over 45 minutes for two dishes to arrive. I would recommend going here but just be mindful of the wait times for items made in the kitchen. Edit: The melted chocolate for the chocolate dome had been sitting there for so long before the staff had brought it out that it had solidified into a paste like substance. Two stars.
