I have been dealing with the most informative , professional , and friendly travel agent- Natasha Glazenburg from Hello world. Natasha is working within my budget, making sure dates work (even remembered I was hoping to Positano for my 5oth bday which I mentioned months ago) she's organising transfers, decent hotels, tours ,trains & flights and has ideas of how to save when in Europe. As Natasha has travelled herself to most countries in the world, she knows a lot more than just googling and hoping for the best. It takes the stress out of arranging ourselves , (or paying big bucks for some tours) she also listens to what my husband and I both like to do on our trip (husband trains and history, me food, walks and art) We would Highly recommend Natasha, (save your self time, money and confusion and use her knowledge).Wendy & Steve
