Execellent service and wider shopping option
This is a large IGA which has recently been upgraded. They sell great fresh produce. Very conveniently located near North Sydney Station which is good for commuters. They stock most grocery that you may need. Wouldn't do a weekly shop here is it's slightly pricey.
Rude staff at the deli! Never shopping here again what happened to good ol customer service. Some people hate ther job so they treat others badly.
This IGA is recently expanded, with a decent range of items that could rival woolworths metro around the corner. However lately my experience has worsened due to some silly instances where the staff have blocked fridges and aisles for up to 10 minutes. Sure they can do their job of restocking the shelves, but people are shopping and they can do it when the store is almost closing. The deli part of the store is actually decent, with good priced cheeses and meats.Just this past Monday when I was leaving the store there were a few school boys doing charity work about 15 metres away from the store, but the puzzling thing was that the manager of the store (middle-aged asian woman) decided call security on them when they were simply collecting for a cancer foundation. In no way were these boys impacting IGA's sales so it really shows the immaturity of the manager. She doesn't set a good example of the IGA brand. Disappointed.
