the spots are so tight, paid for my ticket and the big gate opened 1/4 and closed. rang the person, and a man came out accusing us of not paying, saying he's going to check the cameras WHEN CLEARLY MY RECEIPT AND TICKETS IN MY HAND. took over 30 minutes just to get out because of your technical issue, could've apologised and just opened the fkn gate rather than accuse us of attempting to chuck a runner.

Great location but a tight car park and lowered vehicles will have issues
Very small spots and the machine for the early bird parking is dodgy. Put it in more than once and it voids your card but when you do put it in, the light goes red which more often than not is an error. When you ring through on the speaker you get the third degree like you're trying to steal something. On the lower level, you don't have any option but to pay with card but this attracts a fee. On the plus side, early bird is relatively cheap for the city.
