Shocking. No one in attendance and lock box with Porsche, Mercedes & bmw keys open to public so anyone could've taken whichever car they wanted. Staff unhelpful when phoned for help. Exorbitant pricing and unwillingness to help only exacerbated the problem. Dirty, tiny car spaces and building like a warzone. Will never frequent any of thier establishments again. I wish I could give it less than 1 star as this is what it deserves.

Rip off and squashy
I parked overnight having received instructions to pay at the B1 level before 0830 to receive the $30.00 rate. At that time the booth was closed and the instruction given was to pay at the exit. The bill was $75.00, so I called for assistance and was told to pay and fix it up with management the following week. I declined as I have no confidence in a process where I have to claim my money back- so the attendant wouldn't let me out. I left by tailgating the car in front. I'll avoid these operators in future.
