A beautiful green space just a few kilometres South of Sydney's CBD. Climb the hill and enjoy the views to the city and to the airport. Great for plane spotting and kite flying. Large kids' playground and a kiosk serving coffee and snacks.
Great big park - facilities are all in good shape, lots of open grass and seating areas. Quiet spots to keep to yourself or shady spots under trees to people watch. Great for dogs, running, cycling, meeting up with friends. Lots of people hold get-togethers here. The playgrounds are awesome for all ages and it is full of wildlife, a wonderful asset to the city of Sydney!
Its the best park to walk you dog off leash. Nice cafe near the playground area. During the hot summer days, you wont find many shades since there arent many trees in the park.
Such a great place to take a walk, sit and read a book or have lunch outdoors with that special someone. The gardens are just beautiful and well taken care of. I visited recently on a nice sunny afternoon. The park was busy with all sorts of people enjoying the outdoors. It was nice to walk through and take in the sights. I would highly recommend taking 30 minutes to see this wonderful space in Sydney.
Our local park. We are going there everyday. Lot of space. Great for a bicycle ride, a picnic, get a coffee and relax. Our son loves the large playground. Very busy on the weekend.
