I wish you all the best.Prior to having my matter opened by O'Sullivan legal, I received advice from a small law firm in Campsie. This law firm was unprofessional and did not have family law experience. I quickly realised that an experienced family lawyer is critical when dealing with a family matter.Ben deals with family law matters day in day out and as a result, he is up to date with family legal news and changes. This is important because the other side may not be well versed in family law.My matter, although very simple compared to a divorce or a divorce with children took roughly 10-11 months to settle. So, as others have pointed out in the reviews, a matter may take up to three years to settle and I have heard of a matter in it's fourth year!The part that was the most difficult and dragged the matter out was negotiating with the other side. If possible, it is best if this is done without the lawyers involved. However, understandably it can be difficult to negotiate with your ex-partner when emotions and anger are involved. Each time one side sends a letter to the other side, you will be charged a small sum.In the grand scheme of things, having compared my legal fees to others that have consulted family lawyers, Ben's rates for his services are very reasonable.Ben and his team are courteous and I am grateful that I chose O'Sullivan legal to guide me on my challenging journey.

Ben has just helped me won equal share to my kids after a 3 year court case (orders received on 08/08/2018) ; I've done some research when my mess started, found Ben and now after 3 years and a splendid result I am very happy with with my choice of family lawyer.
