A few minutes walk from Town Hall Station, once you step inside via friendly reception walking into the change room overlooking beautiful blue illuminated pool area below you feel like as if it's either in a holiday resort spa or 5 star hotel. Gym has several sections (not big like FF platinum but not that packed either) for free weights, strength training, pin & plate machine and stretching, all modern Technogym equipment, 3 power racks, 1 Smith machine, 4 bench press seats. Cardio machines are all equipped with smart screen. Beautiful 25m Pool with spa, sauna and steam with a cold water dipping pool. Bath and hand towels available in a change room like a hotel. Shower cubicles come with nice shampoo, conditioner and body wash. It's floor and wall are with (artificial) white marble stone finish and installed with nice 20cm diameter monsoon shower head from its ceiling. Wet areas are slippery so be mindful. They are of the posh hotel quality's. This is high end with matching membership price (not cheap) and so far most upmarket 'health club' I've ever been with generous & nice amenities. You'd feel pampered. Massage/spa treatment service available on the premises. Shame they close on Sundays.
Stunning design and premium-quality equipment like a secret underground oasis in the middle of the busy CBD. Other patrons are courteous and friendly. White towels provided, like a hotel gym, and the pools are fantastic. Mostly businesspeople using the facilities before and after work. Would recommend; best gym Ive used.

Gym with great facilities, really enjoyed going there as part of my fitness passport membership over the last couple of months!However other fitness passport members beware, this gym now is the only gym in Sydney that does require a joining fee from fitness passport members. The fee is $89 - not cheap considering that the idea of the fitness passport is flexibility and ability to access multiple gyms. I hope the team at the gym will review this practice sooner rather than later. I'll be visiting some of the other great fitness passport gyms with similar facilities that do not require a joining fee in the meantime.
The facilities are fantastic, clean and beautifully presented. There is never any problem accessing equipment, even when I am there during the busy lunch time period. Staff are always really friendly, and have been happy to help in the few instances I have needed assistance. Good selection of classes available, which are timed really well so that you can pop in on your work break. The showers are lovely, and I enjoy the complimentary toiletries which are great quality, and the complimentary towels means that there are fewer excuses for not going to the gym.
