The gym is ok but the people who work there are so unprofessional and rude - I am still upset and outraged. I was training with a friend of mine when one of the gym's staff - a thuggish guy - came up to us and without saying hi said that since my friend "was my personal trainer" he had to pay a fee - the guy was rude, he just butted in while my friend was helping me stretch! Staff, learn how to treat your customers professionally and watch your language sometimes! My friend is not a personal trainer and he is not interested in becoming one. Greedy, needy and unprofessional staff! I am outraged and disappointed to have received such treatment - well I guess it's my fault - next time I will pay attention to reviews.
Staff need customer service training, if management keep up with staff's bad service , they will lose their members. Also they are renovating the women's showers, I got lost I spent 5 mins trying to find exit.... where are the signs to help members and guests to feel comfortable.
Very good fitness and very clean inside... very nice staff... I been there at least 4-3 times a week ... very enjoy everytime I been there .. hope your guy come and enjoy with us
Relatively nice place, but absolutely absurd the way that they make you cancel a membership. Unlike every other service known, you have to physically show up to the location to sign a form in order to cancel. I am moving out of the country, and didn't think the last thing I'd need to do was show up to my old gym in order to cancel. What if I had already moved? Would I be locked into my contract forever? Absolutely horrible policy, and one that is frankly shameful
The thought and effort put into the Halloween party has absolutely blown my mind. Im amazed and delighted about the dj, choice of complimentary drinks and food. Its wonderful with friendly staff and fun vibes. Please do this again next year its fantastic well done you guys !
