Feel like giving this place 5 stars. Nice bright seating area. The service was loud, fast and cheerful. Loved the range of food options they had - from small bites to bigger servings. Keep it up!
There is a female staff member who was blatantly rude and disrespectful to customers how horrendous! She was especially rude to people of colour as well as the younger customers (ie. high school students.) The customer service was absolutely appalling, will never come back here again. Food was average, but if I could give 0 stars rather than 1, Id do it in a heartbeat.
Did ownership change? it use to be pack full of customers in the morning and now there's barely any lines. Coffee use to be good but now is badly made where it is either too watery or burnt.
