Books here are so expensive and need to wait for a really long time to get a new book.
Opening hours 9am-5pm, however was closed on arrival at 4:15pm. Few other customers were disappointed on arrival as well, especially since most have commuted 40+ mins to purchase textbooks etc. and have already paid for parking.
Very bad service. I brought in a stack of books to be resold to co-op and the lady who was serving me clearly did not want to do it. Her attitude was really bad and dismissive. Wont be going back to this particular store ever again if I can help it.
I have never received such poor service from any online shop in my life. I ordered up to $400 worth of textbooks, stationary and a few other small items and checked out. Received an email of confirmation and started the wait for my packages to arrive. Only to find out a week later that the textbooks I ordered was out of stock by email. I was asked to contact the store to arrange for a refund, I called to ask if I could get a bank transfer or an online gift voucher but was told I had to physically go into the nearest Co-op store to pick it up. I find that absurd, I would not have purchased something online if I had the time to come into the store myself to buy it. Why would I need to go into the store to receive my refund? I was extremely frustrated and sent an email to the co op through their website. They replied with an online gift voucher which I then used to buy a candle because by this time I had already purchase my textbook elsewhere. After placing my order for my two candles, and getting confirmation I received a call a few days after saying the candles I ordered were also out of stock... unbelievable
My experiences with Coop as a whole have always been positive. But this time, I was served by someone who just didnt care about the customers. It was such bad seevice that from my first and only visit to this particular Coop, I have decided I am not going back. I would rather go to one further away rather than go to this one again.
