Went to this salon for the first time yesterday and had Christina as my hairdresser, and a man whose name I didnt get - apologies - who did the first part: washed my hair, gave an amazing head massage and offered me tea, coffee or water.Their service was excellent. I am always nervous going to a new hairdresser for the first time, and was very relaxed from the head massage etc, and then Christina did the most beautiful hairstyle (using GHD).Felt like a movie star! Thank you to the person who washed my hair (really nice customer service) and a special thanks to Christina who gave me such a fab hairstyle for my friends wedding!
Amazing salon with the most amazing staff I have been trying to find a blonde colourist city and after reading reviews on Tim I had to try the salon he is an amazing colourist and a fabulous person , who has great chat , I loved everything about the salon and cant wait to go back

There are good hairdressers, then there are GREAT hairdressers, and Tim at Joh Bailey is one of these! He is an expert colourist, amazing stylist, and best in the business for blow drys. He is also an all-round fabulous human being. I love visiting the salon, and all the team. *****
I recently starting going to this salon and I can't talk it up enough. My hair is thick, long, and curly, and Tim has brought my hair back to life after years of bad bleaching from other salons. He has also been amazing with styling my hair to make it more manageable. I have not seen my hair this healthy in years! I highly recommend Tim!
