I have been several times over the past year.. one therapist was great at waxing & I was even convinced to try laser (I'm light haired). Unfortunately the next therapist I had did the WORST wax of my life.. so many hairs missed!! But when I complained they said I had to go back that day but I had to go to work so couldn't. They basically said if you don't come back today then that's your bad luck. In the meantime the laser machine changed & I thought I had seen some result but the new machine hurt me.. it somehow twitched a nerve every time & sent a jolt up my arm with every zap. They changed location three times!!! They charge for colour matching which they can't match anyway. I ended up with a foundation I cannot use but apparently "Australian women prefer to be tanned" & I "need to look more healthy"!!! How rude!! They have a points system which I had been accruing but for some reason they deleted about 180 points one day for no reason! They are overpriced & inconsistent. Never going back!
The Team at Beauty Grace are amazing. Emmy and her girls colour matched me and took their time explaining all their products. They were so helpful and I cannot recommend their services enough! 5/5!!
Manager has very ignorant words and attitude, it's can not be any excuse and even have a experience but non professional personality. Moreover when she change booking schedules, she was very rude and even didn't say any apologizes at all.Only focused on take of more profit from clients, and a manager who's in delusion such as treats clients according to the profit is the professional, working in this clinic. Other clinics offer free treatment for long term clients, but this manager offer more treatments and trying to squeeze more money.I hope she remind the "we promise" on website of clinic, and meet the clients.I'm taking about the impolite attitude of the manager's who called me to change the appointment, not about worthless of mention to "booking reminder SMS system".And of course you got lots of good comments from clients, on the other hand lots of customers comments about the rudeness of the manager and over charges, and quit to book your clinic, too. Be aware of this fact.I swear that my comments are based on the true fact of my experience from your clinic, don't feel it's not fair or unwarranted.Please aware that manager don't have any right to hurt customer's feeling, hope to see later with better attitude.
The waxing services are the best in Syd I have received several waxes, and taken full advantage of the spa services. The staff is friendly, and very professional. The pricing is reasonable, especially given the quality of the work. I have purchased gift cards for friends and family, and they've had great experiences as well. The hot stone massage is also highly recommended!
I have been a regular at Beauty Grace for the past couple of years and highly recommend it for their customer service and quality offering. I have been undergoing laser hair reduction and the staff have been very careful and respectful with my body, taking care to make sure I was not in too much discomfort or pain. I appreciate the transparency and the knowledge of the staff with every appointment. I especially recommend Corinne - she is amazing! Also, the manager Emmy looked after me well, offering a special deal for my loyalty. The prices are not cheap but they do provide discounts for repeat customers and if you are after quality service and professional care, then every dollar spent is well worth it!
