I had the best experience at a bank could possibely give by a staff (Wiseley). We had a problem with payout fund that we could not comprehend. (Things should have been explained by our solicitor. The staff mentioned above helped us with patience and smile.

If i could give this branch less than one star i would! 3 bankers still managed to stuff up my debt consolidation loan to pay off my credit cards. 4 weeks later and multiple phone calls i am still missing $4500 of my money
Tried to get in contact with the home loan specialist Tomas Eben but didn't get any respond. Days/Weeks of turn-around time on my introduction email followed by no respond. Is there any bank taking Customer Service serious this days? Happy to join you guys.If you are looking for a bank, my advice - keep looking.
Website says closes at 5. Get there at 430 on the dot and bank is closed while people inside just stare and smile. Great service.
