Charges existing customers higher interest rate for home loan than new customers. Deceptive and misleading credit provider. When contacted, they state "We constantly review and make amendments to our home loan interest rates to make sure they remain relevant within the market place. The rates applicable for both new and existing customers are set taking into account many factors in the market and the business." This is only after being with them for 3 months.
When is ING going to respond to some of these terrible reviews. Customer service is worse than the big banks, I have all of my banking including multiple home loans etc with them and the best thing about ING is thier app. When we had a problem recently and had to call them, I was horrified how bad they are speaking to a customer and following up on an issue. It took 7 days to get a response and even then it was a courtesy not a solution. Clean up your act before you are put in the same context as the big 4 and customers exercise thier right to shop around. Take note ING as these types of reviews can undo all of your funny commercial advertising and really affect whether someone banks with you or not.

It's taken over 2 weeks to clear a cheque. Your staff lie to get you off the phone and brush you off when it's too difficult to deal with. I was told I would receive an update on numerous occasions by different staff but I didn't. My cheque still hasn't cleared even though it was put through as an urgent clearance. You and your staff have burnt me. Don't use ing they are the worst bank around
Been a customer for 7 years this bank is fantastic..the big 4 should use there business model. I live in the bush so on line banking is main contact. Any issues quickly resolved over phone ..I love them.. would give 10 stars if possible.
