Summary: Waited 30 mins for a $165 individual tax refund with shares for unprofessional accountant.Waited 30 mins for a scheduled meeting. Didn't acknowledge me waiting at all.I had a capital gains tax and income/dividend report generated by sharesight. For the dividends/trust income section, she entered 'Sharesight' as the trust that provided the distributions. Not the individual trusts or the related shares. Just sharesight, the software that helps keep track of your shares. She provided no useful tax information that you can't simply read up on and have tools like sharesight can provide.Wouldn't recommend at all. During the 30 mins of her looking at the reports and tax deductions.Attached invoice as proof of using their service.
